Senior Lunches
These are held in the Old School on the first Wednesday of each month at 12.30pm. For just £4 you get great home cooked food, beautifully presented and served with a smile!
Art Class
The art class started in 1993 as a holiday drawing class. With the re-launch of the Mackrell Charity it became a more regular class which meets every week in the Old School on Tuesday afternoons at 1.30.
Run on informal lines the aim is to provide an enjoyable and friendly experience whilst improving skills. The class focuses mainly on watercolour painting.
We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful setting in the lovely village of Sturminster Marshall with its church, the White Mill and the River Stour, all set in rolling fields and woodlands. A little further afield is the impressive Badbury Rings and its view of the great avenue and broad landscapes.
